Endless Problems and Unnecessary Charges

MTN no longer provides BIS instead they give customers using prepaid Data Bundles. Prepaid Customers need to buy their monthly Data bundles which cost the same as BIS on other networks (R59) BUT it does not last the full month, if using the internet it goes quicker than 2 weeks. My bundles lasted 2 weeks I then had to purchase airtime and all my social feeds, internet and texts was deducted from this airtime which doesn't last long either. There are endless problems and I personally feel that this Data Bundles instead of BIS is a total waste, I'm not very pleased with this network and believe its a whole and a money making thing going on. I am a scholar I can't afford to be paying every week a R60 its unnecessary and useless... Thanks
