As per this report, https:///cell-c/complaints/excessive-bad-service-1006134 I received a response from CellC that i would receive a call regarding this... I still, to this day have not heard a word from them...
Also, I was billed, even after I made a complaint and have a reference number, which details, and the call was recorded, that i would receive discounts and refunds against my account for incorrect billing... This also did not happen!! I will be cancelling my contract and porting to a different service provider at the end of my contract if this continues in the manner in which it is...
Can you get it any more wrong CellC???
