I have a Cell C contract, a Xperia S, I'm totally confused as to why this device show excellent signal but cannot do anything, I battle to browse or download anything. This is insane, why sell a product that doesn't work??? The coverage map indicates excellent coverage (Arcadia, Pretoria).
If you say upgrades are being done then send out some kind of communication, what kind of customer service is that?
Why should I pay R500 a month for a service that is totally unreliable? But CELL C does not refund you for their network errors...
I've logged numerous calls, filled in network forms and almost 5 months later the problem persists. I thought changing from Vodacom to Cellc was a good move, I can clearly see now that was a huge error of judgement. All Cell C users at work with me experience the exact problem... different phones... so what now??
Numerous mails and messages left for Funiwe... but to no avail... how long will the public struggle with network coverage??? I WILL make a point in telling as many people as possible what a joke CELL C network and service are..
