I CHECKED MY STATEMENT TODAY TO DISCOVER THAT RCS DOUBLE BILLED ME AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I MADE A PAYMENT INTO MY RCS ACCOUNT VIA THE STORE IN DECEMBER AND YET THEY BILLED ME VIA DEBIT ORDER AS WELL. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS AND REIMBURSE MY R1000 STORE PAYMENT. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
