Failure to stop billing our bank a/c for 5 months

We cancelled a contract for an internet dongle in less than 18 hours and returned all the items due to no network coverage at our farm (Applecross Farm, Grahamstown, South Africa) in November 2012. The technicians confirmed this from MTN and the Port Elizabeth Regional Sales Manager confirmed this via email that we should not be charged for the cancellation because of this confirmed reason. The Grahamstown MTN branch has been requesting that the billing be stopped via emails and referenced telephone conversations to the MTN Service Provider (Pty) Limited in Roodepoort, Johannesburg for the past 5 months but no one from the Roodepoort branch wants to cancel this cancelled contract.

Over the past 5 months, we have been billed R99 p/m and we've been getting our refunds from the Grahamstown branch. This morning when we wanted to pay our rent there was not enough money in our bank account because MTN Roodepoort had decided to take out over R2300 without calling. MTN Grahamstown has no money and can not refund us. This is unacceptable. Incompetent worker (s) at MTN Roodeport should be fired as they can't do their jobs. I hope the new MTN CEO Sifiso Dabengwa deals with this incompetence.
