PATHETIC ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT BAD ATTITUDE AND RUDE

In 2011 i suffered an injury on duty at my employer which led to spinal surgery doctors reports reflecting a disability and then unfair dismissal. I lost my salary and any form of income hence made contact with vodacom explaining this sending all medical reports and requested for my cellphone contract on number 0736917311 to be cancelled. I asked them to make an arrangement monthly and paid for a few months, i then contacted them requested they accept an offer of R1300 to close as i cannot continue getting monies monthly with no job. They said they will get back to me and never did, Months went by and people werent doing their jobs hence my bill was increasing with interest and possible leagal fees, i then contacted again and the same thing happened. Today i received a call from olga madibo at leagal who refused to do anything about what i said and told me she wil hand over the account. this is unacceptable considering the several attempts i made to settle this account at a discounted rate. I gave supporting docs and motivation and also shared my personal issues as based on this i cannot guarantee a job for myelf or income right now. i barely have money for food so whats a cell acc
