Paying for non-excisting goods and contract

I accepted a special Cell C contract in 2010 and received a DVD player as gift. I received the DVD player by Courier and was informed that I will receive the contract by post. Nothing received!! I only have the Courier form as proof of receipt. On wanting to cancel the contract after 24 months, I was informed that my account has been renewed for another 24 months without my concent!! No new deals, upgrade options or handsets was offered to me. I tried to cancel the debit order at my bank with no success, so I am still paying for another 24 months contract with no upgrade options. I have no handset or anything offered to me. So what exactly am I payng for, still the cheap DVD player that was delivered to my house in 2010? The helpdesk found my account via the system by using my ID number, they cannot even supply me with a cell number for my "contract" which proves that the account has never even been activated or used by me. Please advise, no one at your helpdesk can provide assistance in this regard, they have no idea how to help me solve this problem. I can be contacted on 0723238243.
