After posting a complaint on the 13th of March 2013 on Hellopeter, MTN finally responded on 22 March 2013 and the phone was delivered a few days later although with a wrong sim card. Following further various discussions and non delivery by MTN, the solution suggested was the nearest MTNSP outlet as I was not prepared to wait another five working days for a relevant sim card. Finally on 30/03/2013, I went to the Wonderboom junction MTNSP for a nano sim swap, which of course I had to pay for. I was however promised in writing by MTN staff members that I will be reimbursed. Thank you Hellopeter; at least my problem is solved. Its is so sad that a simple upgrade that normally takes less than an hour actually took more than a month.
