Customer service, wait for a long time to get them to help you on the 808 number. Then the system is off. R39 and R318 was mysteriously deducted from my contract airtime. Their explanation was I downloaded/ bought something from the internet... not true. I want my airtime back.
I convinced my husband and mother in law to switch from Vodacom to MTN because I thought they had good service, seem I was mistaken, they always have billing problems (debit order didn' go off)
I want my R357 to be refunded! Poor, poor service!
