Pathetic service received a contract phone, tried to return within 7days had issues with the operators, said they were going to come within that week to fetch the phone a week later callef back to check only to realise couriers hadnt been dispatched, trying to call them now to see if they have received the phone back, called 3 times 084145 and was put on hold forever, sent through 3 times to 3 different departments and now holding for half an hour, no idea whats going on with phone yet will be billed at the end of the month.
