David from MWeb spent over an hour on the phone with me this morning fixing my internet connection. After spending the last week without internet and multiple calls to Mweb for help, he was the first person who went the extra mile and would not quit until my internet was up and running. He tried everything and worked so hard and I am so unbelievably happy to say that my internet is 100% fixed! He is truly a remarkable worker who takes pride in helping all his clients. I will request David every time I have internet problems (which would most likely be never because David did such an amazing job)
