I handed my faulty blackberry in on the 9th of march 2013, after recieving no updates i went into the store on the 1st of april 2013 and was told my phone was back by the 18th of march and that it was irrapairable. they then offered me a second hand phone that is not the same as the one i am paying for. i refused to take the phone as i will not pay for a second hand phone. They told me that nothing can be done. i went to the manager and was promised a phone call today and i have heard nothing. i am very tempted to cancel my cellphone contract with vodacom under the condition of the Consumer Protection Act. please note i can only be contacted before 7:30 in the morning and after 5 in the afternoon.
