I am disappointed in MTN's approach with their in-store insurance company 24 hour mobility. When approaching MTN head-office about the poor service of in-store 24hour mobilty insurance company, the attitude was contact them directly as MTN doesn't take responsibility for them. Why is a company like MTN then offering this service inside their stores if they don't support the supplier and making us, as unhappy clients have no recourse. We are inconvenienced with not being able to do a sim swop for two months now?
