Can not get hold of anyone to assist with as APN e

Hi

I've been trying without any results to locate someone who can help me obtain an unrestricted apn on Vodacom lesotho. Call centre staff have NO idea what I'm talking about neither does the staff at the vodacom shop in Pioneer Mall.

Can you please assist
