i am sick and tired of your so called help/call centre. When i finally do get through to the right department, help is the last thing you could expect.
since buying a 200gig prepaid i have experienced nothing but disappointing service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND cell-c to anyone. Especially since the connection speed is frustrating, that is to say when you can get a connection in the first place.
always the excuse is the weather, but in my experience it does not matter what the weather is like, my connection is up to . i have gone as far as positioning my PC right next to the window and an extra aeriel.
frankly, i am fed up, and want my money back asap, since cell-c is unable to live up to their own promise!
