Claiming R18k from my late husband for what?

The number for Vodacom Legal department 082 1095 DOES NOT give you an option to speak to the legal department? I got through to the normal call centre who tried for 20 min to transfer me, and she disconnected my call eventually, as usual. My husband passed away 04/04/2012, Vodacom debited his account twice after his passing, I assume this was for the amount owing at the time that he died? Now they are claiming R18k extra from his estate, FOR WHAT? No one can tell me? We requested the most recent contract numerous times, which Vodacom cannot present, they keep on sending a 2006 contract. I want to see where he signed saying he can be held liable for further costs in the case of death. How can he be held liabile for a contract if he is not going to use it, it seems like Vodacom is taking a fat chance here! I'm at the point to appoint an attorney to get some answers out of Vodacom. Your pathetic bad service is holding up the estate!!! Can someone please care enough to sort this matter out once and for all?
