My son has a Cell C contract which suddenly this weekend got suspended. When he phoned the call centre to enquire about this, he gets told that they can't see why his service was suspended as his account is in order. He is reliable on his phone to do his work, and he had to work this long weekend, but seeing that his phone is not working, he was send home. He lost a s*&^t load of income. Like always Cell C is doing it: you can't complain about the service they give, because they don't have service. This is the way they treat a customer, lets see what they do about it???
