I had a situation where my parents missed their flights because of some complications in the check-in in Johannesburg and had to purchase new flight tickets. Mr David Holland went the extra mile to read all my emails precisely and reply to me in due time and got me the best alternative for the complication that has happened.
I salute to you David for going the extra mile to make me and my family happy about the result and for your over the top consideration and concern. I did not expect anything will come out of it after I wrote the complaining letter but I am happy to say that I am from now on a big fan of David Holland and Kulula for their services.
