My cell phone was 4 weeks ago, the Blackberry 9360, the branch and the insurance company has changed their internal policies and we are no longer allowed to claim for any other phone. i already claimed for 3 Blackberrys last year and had numerous problems with this phones. Previously there was no such thing as we cannot claim for any other cell phone and make. in the past even a month ago this option of taking another phone was available and suddenly it changed. i just feel how can i have another Blacberry that brakes after two months, i pay for insurance i was even prepared to pay in an X amount to upgrade to a better phone.
