Had quite a shocker over the weekend, checked if all was fine on my internet banking and saw this whopper of a vodascum debit order that went off for Feb. Long story short: I havent used or inserted the "modem" in any pc/laptop/phone since middle January whatever and still my data usage was like R1700! we have iburst now at home and service, reception and downloading is superb and their general service is just awesome,
spent most of the long weekend on the phone with vodacom, :? they feel a for you, and think we are the skelms
? Customer service transfers you to data service who transfers you to customer service, Guy at Vodashop gave me the 082 155 nr for specialised data services.
