No appointment made/heads up given

Refer my report 'bad all round' and feed back on 12 jan 2013. Went to telkom direct, bloemfontein, this morning at 08h30 after a i had made an appointment with Nomvula to listen, together with her and Louyette, to the convo in question. Louyette was on leave when i last was there and the appointment was made with Nomvula to give through to her manager, Louyette. Spoke to Louyette this morning and she didnt know a thing about any of this & convo was not there either. Louyette took my details and said that she will phone me because she doesnt know about the appointment/convo and Nomvula was apparently busy with another client. It is now 10h58 and no one has called me back yet. At least a credit was given yesterday but again, the amount doesnt add up. Telkom's service is still of the questionable variety.
