I have a problem with my mweb service, and called the service center, after waiting on hold for a while i was told i was at the wrong dept and then transfered to another, and then cut off.

I called again and could not believe that i waited 17 min for someone to answer, thus i hangup.

End result no help and no internet. very very disappointed with mweb.
