Saras Busarello (S) is supposedly a very good consultant, Telkom was SUPPOSE to come and install a ADSL (20Gig internet order processed -refer TIN2227461) earlier this week but the appointment date was missed by Telkom, re-confirmed appointment for 13/09 but I did NOT get a SMS as Saras said I would, if they don't pitch AGAIN, this will be the second appointment missed by Telkom. I signed my contract almost a month ago and is still waiting, this kind of service is unacceptable!
