I bought the Giga 200 bundle with a nokia CS-19 modem for the purpose of online gaming.
Altough I've never been able to get anywhere near the claimed download speeds of
21Mbps as indicated on the modem's box, the last couple of months have been pathetic to say the least.
I get disconneted every 10 min and the speed is about 30KBPS, yes KBPS. I realy dont see the high speed
internet that cell c have been raving about lately.. and I basically cant use this bundle anymore as it is pointless trying to get anything done like this. as all data expire after 365 days I have basically wasted R1800 on this..
I will not recommend cell c data products to anyone I have also looked at all the other complaints of the same nature for cell c and clearly this is a big problem and im not even going to try and phone the call centre. I'm from Alberton and my sim number is 8927074401208883326 . PLEASE can this be sorted asap
