The Cell C website has been inaccessible for the my account section all week. I am unable to check my bandwidth usage and access my details and when I called customer care (a 20 minute call between waiting for an answer and getting one) I was told that the website was undergoing changes and nobody could advise as to when it would be back up. As of right now I am still unable to check anything on my account and this is becoming increasingly frustrating to me.
I would like to know what is happening on my own account without having to pay for a lengthy phone call each time. When will this issue be resolved with the website of THE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER I am using. Way below par.
