How long is your web site "My Account" going to be temporarily unavailable?
I spoke to your Customer "Don't Care" on Thursday they didn't even know the service was down.
This is most inconvenient!! Particularly with a data bundle contract and the SIM is not in a phone or currently connected.
Is anyone going to respond to this? I doubt it. There is NO "Customer Care"
No one could be bothered.
