I have the same problem as NomondeM, and assume many others also. Telkom Mobile data being reduced and not the older 8ta data. When I called the call centre, was transferred to the data dept, where Oscar Nene answered the call. Was advised to send sms to 188 to see balances. I received 5 sms's stating the various balances, which he did not see on his computer. I did the same today, and received completely different info, 3372 night surfer data (expire 1/5/13) and 10240 Wifi (expire 21/4/13) disappeared. I also received the following "Existing customers will be moved seamlessly to Telkom Mobile. You can still buy & use 8ta airtime. See [URL Removed]
Time: 28/03/2013 14:42:43". Seamlessly!!! HAHAHA. This is what I got today when trying to reload data, "The requested URL /eservices was not found." Seamlessly Africa style. EISH!
