AUTOPAGE BULLIED PAYMENTS OUT OF ME FOR NOTHING

I will keep posting this issue unitl justice prevails! I had a contract with them via mtn. I received R500pm call time on this contract which i never used. It added up over the months as i never used the airtime. It amounted to well over R3000 of accumulated airtime. I decided to use this airtime by means of data downloads etc so didn't lose it. i monitored it quite closely via the 258 balance number at all times. I had a limit lock in place of R50!! After some months i had about R800 odd left and then i was "back billed" for data usage to the amount of about R4000 which i had to pay. So effectively i paid for the data twice. Once via my build up airtime and once again when autopage forced me like some type of mafia organisation with legal threats. They claim to this day that it was correct although i know for a fact that it wasn't. I do recall that there was a MAJOR billing crisis with mtn at that stage and i fell prey to this nonsense, unjust and illegal bill that i was forced to pay. I still want my money back for this blunder if autopage has any Business Morals they would re investigate and refund me that amount.
