I recently received my I-Phone upgrade from Nashua mobile, I told that the white phone that I ordered was not in stock and were not able to tell me when they would get in stock again. This first bit i can sort of understand but then I was given a phone charger with a UK plug!!! I asked why and again I was told that is all they have. I was also given a adapter, which is so badly made as it does make proper contact and after one week of using it I had to throw it away and buy my own. I went back to the branch and was told that they can do nothing and that I should complain with the head office. Nashua does not have a free number to call like all other mobile contract providers, and it has only limited hrs of operation. I have been trying to lodge an e-mail complaint via their website (10 times to date) withy no response. Why bother having an e-mail contact for queries on the website if they do not plan to respond??? I will not renew my contract with them again and I suggest to all to rather go with the mobile companies themselves.
