My domains [URL Removed] stopped working and I logged a call with technical support. Got a case number a week ago and no one has contacted me or resolved anything.
Even logged a complaint which stated that somenone would get back to me, haha!
I'm just tired of companies that offer emails support, have call / ticket logging systems and never provide feedback. Don't call center or support centers have supervisors that look at reports or is there no quality control in this country.
