This will be the last complaint il be logging mainly because i know im waisting my time with Nashua Mobile, How ever i want a settlement figure of the balance without charges. 2 i want ever note made since i started calling up and i also want ever call recording so that i can present this to the financial umbudsman. Im still waiting feedback with regards to the charges on my account as well as the arrears on the account will all my complaints logged i have told every manager to listen to those call. Im still waiting for clint to call me back since january. I am the cust i work in a call centre and i am a manager as well if i cant get ghold of a client my last attempt would be an email. nashua mobile gives one phone call and thats enough. It amaxes me how you still in business after all this time if you guys do not resolve this bad customer service with regards to my account then i want you area manger to call me. im available between 8am and 8:30am and il be avail after 5pm please do not call me any other time than that because im not available. Because my BIS is off im forced to use an alternative number which will be listed below if need be email me then.
