NO Customer service!!!

My acc was in arrear and was paid in full. So on the 10. Marh 2013 I was sms to get a new sim card for my phone and internet. I fax it ALL to them on the 13 march. I was told that once they rec the fax they will tel me know and guess what it is the 1 APRIL and this (that ME the fool) is still waiting and waiting and waiting and... wwwwaaaaiiitttiinnngggg!!! I did pay my acc and did fax all the info why must I pay agian this month and so not have any connection???

Do Vodacom know the word service... you are quick to cut my service but WHERE IS YOURS???
All this was fax to Samantha Somoya de wee. The first time I spoke to her she told me it will be re-conected with in 48 HOURS not 48 YEARS!!!
