NO Customer service!!!

Well well I did put in my complain with vodacom and guess what this is what I got and NOTHING MORE. Not even the PROMISED SMS!!! Where is your service. Thay do not even give me a email or phone number NOTHING!!! Here is my story and there S... t response!!! And NO SERVICE

My acc was in arrear and was paid in full. So on the 10. Marh 2013 I was sms to get a new sim card for my phone and internet. I fax it ALL to them on the 13 march. I was told that once they rec the fax they will tel me know and guess what it is the 1 APRIL and this (that ME the fool) is still waiting and waiting and waiting and... wwwwaaaaiiitttiinnngggg!!! I did pay my acc and did fax all the info why must I pay agian this month and so not have any connection???..

We could not reach you telephonically.

Upon liaising with Samantha and the Reactivations division; we sent you a detailed SMS advising of what is required in order to be assisted further regarding this matter.
