Enough is enough. If you don't pay your bill, you get cut off. If you don't get service, what can the customer do? Over 24 months i called 0841 555 555, sent mail, completed the questions as requested and nothing has improved.
Where's your top class network? If you not with cell, you made the right choice.

I'm off to a more reliable network. They cost more but it works. I have no interest in your apologies. I heard it to much. Good bye to frustration, bad audio quality, dropped calls, poor data throughput, poor technical support, poor coverage. As I'm writing this. I'm destroying the simcard. I have no need for it. Many of my colleagues and friends also leaving. I'm so happy. You shot yourself in the foot.

Please don't bother asking me for reference #'s or contact #. What's the point when nothing gets fixed. I monitor your facebook page and notice how certain comments get deleted. So much for transparency.
