KELLY you should learn what customer service means

Not eager to serve or explain the terms and conditions of what he hastily expects me to sign not bothered to even answer any of my questions.
It is sad that he is eager to have his employer take my money but is not going to ensure I understand, his dismissive behaviour and telling me to step aside he would rather assist someone else is somewhat annoying, who pays his salary and why do they continue doing that?
