Good day sir.
No, it is NOT in order.
You did not attach a copy of the notice letter that I gave you, nor did you refer to ANY section of the Basic Conditions of the Employment Act, nor did you provide any account or sum as to how we arrived at the total leave time owed of 5.57 days.
As I explained to you, they gave me "notice in lieu of payment". In plain words this means, that they have to pay me every cent AS IF I was still working for the employer during the time of my notice.
Like I told Panni and as I'm telling you now, this is not something that I sucked out of my thumb, this is Promulgated Law in this Democratic country of ours. Note the excerpt that I quoted for your insight below.
