Not Eager to assist and collect Your Money

On July 18 I received an sms advising that if I load a debit order for the outstanding amount on my credit card that I am paying monthly I will get. 67 percent discount on the interest of the total amount. I called eager to find out what the total amount will be after the discount so I could make decision and see if I could afford it and if it will be worth my while. The lady who took my call seemed very un-interested. I however was patient as I know that this is mu problem and not hers. I then asked her what the total amount now is and then what it would be with the discount. She could not give me an exact figure. I told her I need that amount in order to help me decide. She asked me if she could work it out and she would call me back. I agreed. No one contacted me, So I called back today. Today I got told that i had to agree on the day I got the sms and then someone would have contacted me with the amounts. I asked how could I gree to something with out knowing the amounts. She could not answer. I said never mind and hung up as I could see she willing to assist me. I am still very eager to know what the amounts would be as I am interested in the making an arrangemen
