No telephones get answered in store and no feedbac

I went into the mtn store on saturday 23 march to apply for a new contract for a laptop they had on special the sales lady said she would get back to me on the tuesday thereafter and everytime you phone the store there is no answer because the phone is located at the back of the store and when I went to the store they said the application was cancelled because it took too long to process and still no feedback was given to the cancellation
