When applying for a Cell C contract through my bank FNB, i received awsome service from the consultant (Lemark Booysen). I also opted to port my number, however the port was declined, it took Cell C 9 days after the port was declined to get the application sorted out, i had to call in everytime to a Dormant useless call centre, which makes you hold on for - 30min, before getting tired then hanging up. This was on the 19th Feb 2013.

I have spent more than what my contract is worth because of calling in so many times. Sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] still today i have not received any response. Their adverts claims to be the best, if i received such pathetic service berfore my contract started imagine the service i would receive later on.

Eventually it got sorted, but guess what when receiving my package I get 2 sim cards, so which one is to be used, now i have to wait another day and spend more money on airtime just to call in so this can get fixed.
