Last year January (2012) I upgraded to a Blackberry. From the start I experienced major errors. I then complained about it, and returned it to the service provider in Barberton. The phone was then discovered in a drawer after 3 months (many enquiries from my side!). It was then sent to Nelspruit. And ever since I have been doing more enquiries. I am still paying for BIS to this day, for a phone I do not have. I have spoken to Antoinette, Nick Marinos, and many other consultants.
I have also made it clear that I did not want the phone back, but a replacement.
I am super frustrated. I want to be re-reimbursed for the BIS for the last 15 months of which I never had use of the phone or service. Please attend to my complaint, as I have been a loyal subscriber since 1997. 16 years.
