CELL C - WHAT NOW???

CELL C, my query has still not been resolved!!! my line is suspended I am unable to use my ontract and yet nobody contacts me or resolves my issues, you have had a few agents call me, but withour a valid response.

Again, here is my issue, I had asked for sms roaming to be activated in Dec, however you do not open just the sms you open all the lines, which is what your agent neglecetd to mention, so I had data charges, internet usage not by me, but as stated by your agents was automatic updates to the value of R1600!!!..I am not prepared to pay this as I DID NOT USE THE INTERNET OR WAS EVEN ADVISED ABOUT AUTOMATIC CHARGES!!! tell me is this a way of you making extra money of your clients, this has now gone on for almost two months without a solution, PLEASE PLEASE HELP IN RESOLVING AND UNDERSTANDING MY ISSUE!!!..

Please note that I am now even prepared to go to the media to expose Cell C lack of help and shoddy service!!!
