I have complained about my 3G so many times now that I have lost count!!!
Everytime I complain on hello peter, I get a reply from someone stating that they will look into it and nothing ever gets done.
I have complained through the MTN website so many times that they dont even reply anymore.
I want something to be done this time. I want some one to deal directly with me.
I fully understand the concept of cell shrinkage but what is happening with me is absolutely ridiculous!!!
From between 4pm and about 10pm, my 3G makes a connection but I have absolutely no data flow at all... I cannot even ping google.
This has been going on for months now and nothing has been done about it.
I want someone to sort this out this time!!!
