I opened a cell c contract last year for my wife and I still have not received one statement. After complaining at the store at Carnival Mall, I was promised that my statement would be sent to me on a monthly basis but I still do not receive anything. I don't think its right to promise something and then never follow up on that. Furthermore, when I try go online to check my statement it says that my account is unavailable.
