I have responded to an advertisement on Gumtree selling Vodacom Fax to Email numbers to schools. They are selling franchises for R3400.00 which give you a regional licence to sell fax-to-email numbers to schools, etc. There are no names of contact people in their adverts, the call centre number is a cell number one presumes (0749810095), which goes to voicemail when you do call; there is no physical address where you can meet to discuss the business transaction, etc. I am wondering if these "franchise" opportunities are legitimate or not.
