Good Day
I am very irritated with CellC's callcentre consultants. I have requested from last year that my monthly statements be sent via email, but to no avail. I have moved house and upgraded my contract but still they insist on posting my statements to my former address. I want an email statement, they sent an sms saying they want to go green and I replied but they did not send the statement. I mean what must I do??? #FRUSTRATED
