Wrong account name and no-one will change it

I took out my account 10GB/month data last year (cell number 0812560339 sim only for data). The name on my emailed bill is Mandla Moyo (i think thats the guy who sold me the contract) with my old address from 2 years ago and when i call for help i am told to go back to canal walk to sort out but there is never anyone there willing or able to help me. the call centre wont help me cos they say its NOT MY NAME (Stephen Twine) on the invoice and the address I am giving them for my billing is different on their system (but its not my new address either).

Their billing system is totally up and I must waste my time and petrol trying for over a year to sort out.

I am really off at the moment and demand someone from accounting calls me on 0835561594 immediately to sort out as I am about to take this matter to the media and SAP as a case otherwise.
