Incorrect billing - account closed

Hi - I've raised this I think around 3 or 4 times previously with Themba Sambo - his reply was:
"Please be advised that account was under your name however it has been cancelled now. Kind regards - Telkom Mobile Billing"
My account number is 333372839. I have closed this account in Feb/March - but every month it's the same story - I get an invoiced mailed to me for R2.50 which you debit or say is outstanding. What is up with that?
Also - the 3G on your network was good - but last month I didn't have any signal - I used only 2.5GB out of my 10GB because of the poor network. What am I paying for exactly here? I used it at the same location as I have been doing for the past year and a half - but now I cannot even use it because of your network. Please advise on both issues ASAP. Most importantly, please sort out that billing issue!
