My Father did a telephonic upgrade yet when the courier (RAM) delivered the parcel and it was opened the box was empty only with a sim card inside.
No one at cell c (so far) seemed either willing or able to help in this matter. The last person spoken to was
Thabelo Mokwabe who could not comprehend the fact that these are elderly people without access to email.
