1st day 1st experience. I logged onto [URL Removed] and called 084 145. while on hold I was told that there was no sim and connection fee. Speaking to a consultant I confirmed this again.
I then went into the CellC store and surprise surprise, Im charged sim and connection fee.
Why is that? If I use the company website and dial a number provided by that website, surely
the details provided by the now representative of your company remain true.
I used the CellC website asking about this but have not received a response as yet.
CellC service has been excellent but most important is a company keeps their word.
