Shocking service. On the 12 February I ported from MTN to Cell C. I took up a package that included a 24GB data as recommended by your sales team. I received no notification that my phone was ready for collection, yet the MTN sim was now disconnected, so I went into the store to enquire. The phone was lying there at the back store room, data card was not available. So I sign for the phone and am off. Till today i still have not received the data card, I go to your shop three times weekly, get told stories about stock availability, someone promptly promises to personally telephone me and give me feedback which I am yet to receive, until I rock up at the store again.
25th March, I went in to cancel the contract, I was promised that there seems to be some stock in the western cape. They will call and request one, and will phone me by end of day to give me feedback. Stupid me, I feel for it again, and guess what, no one did. In the meanwhile, you happily charge me for data that i dont have. countless complaints from me have not even earned me a phone call from the store manager. 24 months will be too long at this rate. cancell that contract as you have failed to deliver.
